Training

We offer training services for CNC programmers and machines operators on NC Siemens Sinumerik and Heidenhain 530/640. The training is available on different levels, the basic for starting to use the machine, and the advanced one, where the client will learn how to manage all the functionalities of the NC, handling variables, special functions and HMI interfaces.

Custom procedures and HMI Interfaces

Through the use of customized procedures and cycles, the customer will be able to control their process 100%, safeguarding the machine, the tools and the piece itself. On CN Siemens Sinumerik we are able to provide any kind of customization, which can be dimensional checks of the piece and tools, values in the tool list, on the piece origins, on the torque/power of the axes and spindle. Everything the customer needs for their process. Everything can be managed through graphical HMI interfaces which can simplify the utilisation and make datas more accessible.

These functionalities already available on NC Siemens Sinumerik :

Axes/spindle torque and power control and feed adaptation in relation to axes load.
3D point measurement cycle using touch probe in the machine, accurate calculation of the measured point and integrated reporting.

Tooling

We provide support to the customer on the study and creation of workpiece clamping systems and the choice of tools necessary for the process. By collaborating with the major tools and clamping systems suppliers, we can provide the best solution for each case. Mechanical or vacuum clamping and other solutions will be evaluated together with the customer in order to guarantee the required tolerances. During the study of the process, the best tools for each application will be selected, with the support of the best suppliers.

Turn-Key Services

We provide turn-key services for your components, starting from the piece 3D model and the necessary information for its creation, we offer the entire process complete in all its phases. Measurement of the piece during the process, tools control between the machining operations, features measurement and final piece qualification are fundamental to guarantee a stable and efficient process.

Probing

Measuring the workpiece and tools throughout the process phases improves repetitiveness and accuracy, fundamental requirements in the production of mechanical components. Using laser equipment and 3D probes it is possible to carry out a wide range of checkings on pieces and tools, reducing unexpected events like tool breakages or anomalous wear, or non-conformities if we are talking about mechanical details. Keeping these variables under control becomes essential if you want to create a valid and high-performance process.

Data Analysis

We provide support on the datas analysis of the measurements carried out on the machine, with the creation of piece and tools measurement reports, also using specific graphic HMI interfaces if necessary.

CAD-CAM

We provide CAD-CAM solutions for every need. Support on tool path programming, components and fixtures modeling, according to the specific requests. We support the customer on the post-processor configuration, helping in the evaluation of possible dangerous cases.

3d Printing

We provide 3D print prototyping service for small parts. We have a Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B 3d printer (FDM/FFF technology) to print ABS and PLA materials, working area 200x200x180mm, and a LONGER Orange 10 3d printer (FDM/LCD technology) to print Anycubic resin, working area 98x55x140mm.
